Danish wind turbine manufacturer Vestas Wind Systems ranked No. 1 in global wind turbine installations, according to a new report from GlobalData, a London-based energy consulting firm.
GlobalData’s announcement included the top five wind turbine installers for 2013, and their rank in 2012:
Vestas Wind Systems, Denmark (No. 2) Enercon GMBH, Germany (No. 4) Xinjiang Goldwind Science & Technology, China (No. 7) Siemens AG, Germany ( No. 3) Suzlon Group, India (No. 6)
