Ashland Vaughn has been named project manager for the Regional Transportation District’s new FasTracks North Metro rail line.
He starts his new job on Jan. 12, RTD announced Wednesday.
He replaces Jim Starling, who is heading to San Diego for a new job leading construction projects for Jacobs Engineering.
