Colorado’s proposed regulations to cut pollution from oil and gas operations will be the tightest in the nation and lead to cleaner air across the state, according to Gov. John Hickenlooper and representatives from the Environmental Defense Fund (EDF) as well as the state’s biggest energy companies.
