Colorado's oil and gas inspectors would use a "risk-based strategy" to focus on industry operations that have proven to be problematic in the past under a bill approved by the Colorado Senate.
SB 202, passed by a 22-11 Senate vote Wednesday, is sponsored by Sen. Matt Jones, D-Louisville. It now goes to the House.
