RGS Energy, a solar power installation company, said Tuesday that it’s appointed Dennis Lacey as its new CEO, succeeding Kam Mofid, who the company said has "departed to pursue other interests."
Mofid became CEO in July 2012.
Louisville-based RGS, whose official name is Real Goods Solar Inc. (Nasdaq: RGSE), said Lacey joined RGS in April to head its residential solar division.
The change in leadership signals RGS will refocus its efforts on the residential solar power market, the company said.
