New local government oil and gas fees proposed

Two state legislators from Fort Collins have introduced a bill that would require new fees on oil and gas companies to help local governments pay the cost of dealing with energy industry operations. HB 1273, sponsored by state Rep. Randy Fischer, D-Fort Collins, and Sen.
