SunShare LLC, a two-year-old Colorado Springs solar power company led by a Colorado College graduate, recently won three contracts from Xcel Energy Inc. to develop 4.5 megawatts worth of community solar garden projects in the Denver metro area.
The three projects — in Adams, Jefferson and Denver counties — are being built under Xcel’s Solar*Rewards Community program.
