Two weeks after Colorado's fall election ended on Nov. 5, Broomfield officials are set to begin a final tally of votes cast on whether to approve a five-year moratorium on hydraulic fracturing in the city.
Officials plan to launch the recount of the votes on Broomfield Question 300 on Wednesday afternoon. Results should be known on Thursday afternoon, said city spokeswoman Rosann Doran.
