Colorado’s oil and gas industry has shut down hundreds of wells due to floodwaters, but DCP Midstream LLC, the biggest natural gas processor in Colorado’s Denver-Julesburg Basin, said its plants are doing fine in the area north of Denver.
“Our facilities are processing at practically normal volumes,” DCP spokeswoman Roz Elliott said Monday.
“We do about 450 million cubic feet per day and we’re down today about 10 to 15 million cubic feet per day.”
