The number of manufacturing jobs jumped by more than 3,500 in the last year, according to the 2014 Colorado Manufacturers Directory, a publication of Manufacturers’ News Inc. in Evanston, Ill.
Manufacturers surveyed across Colorado reported that the state gained 3,513 industrial jobs, a 1.7 percent increase, between June 2012 and June 2013, about 1.5 percent higher than the average gain across the nation, Manufacturers’ News said.
