Jagged Peak Energy, based in Denver and focused on the Delaware Basin in West Texas, on Monday announced several major changes in its leadership, starting with the pending retirement of Chairman, President and CEO Joe Jaggers.
The company said Jaggers plans to retire at the end of March for health and personal reasons.
