A majority of Denver city council members earlier this week allowed a series of contracts for the controversial, $300 million Platte to Park Hill project to move forward.
The vote Monday night was 10-3, with councilmembers Rafael Espinoza, Paul Kashmann and Debbie Ortega the three “no” votes.
