Colorado already is well on its way toward cutting carbon dioxide emissions in the state, the objective of the Obama administration's sweeping plan to cut greenhouse gas pollution across the nation.
The national plan, expected to be formally adopted by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency today, is said to have a goal of cutting carbon pollution from power plants by 32 percent by the year 2030, compared with 2005 levels.
