Iberdrola Renewables LLC, the second-biggest wind farm operator in the United States, is expanding in Colorado.
The Portland-based company is part of Spain-based Iberdrola SA's U.S. division. On Thursday announced it’s inked a 25-year deal to supply Tri-State Generation and Transmission Association Inc., based in Westminster, with the entire 76-megawatt output from a new wind farm Iberdrola will build on Colorado’s eastern plains.
