Nearly 10 percent of the nation’s wind industry jobs are in Colorado, according to “Winds of Change,” a report released Wednesday by the Rocky Mountain chapter of Environmental Entrepreneurs (E2).
E2 is a national business group that advocates environmental policies it believes promote economic development.
